I remembered before he was running for president , Barack Obama was asked as to why he believed in homosexual rights. He gave a response that was a rebuttal to the anti-gay marriage crowd's reading of Leviticus. He noted how the book of the Bible indeed saying that relations between men were immoral. He also noted that the book of Leviticus condemned the eating of shellfish. This examples shows that if a person chooses to be religious and take the bible at heart that they must take all of it at heart, not just the verses they like.
