The Road - a book of starvation, loss, and utter and complete hopelessness..
This and much more can be yours for the holidays, folks! Kids, gather round the fire and click through the terror of the apocalypse on our neat and shiny Kindle. Set fire (-kindle-) to the hearts of your loved ones with this book. Family fun awaits!
Wait if this brings families together as your post suggests (through a nice ad write up by the way, and to think in Madmen they actually specualized in this when now everyone can do it), then what's wrong? If technology can be brought to disclose our natures rather than "laying waste" to them (as Heidegger noted), then why should we "just say no"? I think Butler is right when she notes that, "we must not mistake the digitalization of evil for the evil of digitality".
